"Today I was so stress when my car decided not to turn on. I felt so alone. Roadside assistance was not able to come and help. When I called my State Farm agent, Dean Eastman, he graciously offered to come and jump start my car. He came quickly and helped me get back on the road. "I switched to them to get additional coverage for my modified vehicle and ended up moving all my vehicles over and my house as well but that is when everything went down hill. The home owners policy increased over what was originally quoted. According to State Farm my house is worth $100K over whatever else says even though it is a new build and the new build price isn't even what they are quoting. As for the vehicles we sold our 23 Wrangler 392 and were looking at a 25 Mini Cooper and asked for a quote on it as we had not purchased it and the quote came back $200 higher. How on earth is it $200 higher to insure a $40K Mini Cooper over a $70K Wrangler 392 which would mean just to insure the Mini Cooper it would be just over $400 a month. Their response was when someone gets a new vehicle we raise the rates because they don't know how to drive it. I also purchased another vehicle and was driving it home from Houston when it broke down. I contacted the office about the roadside assistance and talked to Josh. Josh stated the roadside assistance only covers 10 miles but he handles the claims for the office and since I was in the middle of no where on my way home from Houston at 5PM that I could get the tow home and he could get me reimbursed for the tow. After waiting 3.5 hours for the tow truck and paying almost $800 dollars for the tow I got reimbursed $250 dollars. When I contacted Josh about it he stated roadside assistance only covers 10 miles its in the contract and was of no help and did not back up what he told me on the phone as I would have made other arrangements if that was the case. After these issues and the fact they wanted to raise my rate to over $700 a month to replace a Wrangler 392 with a Mini Cooper I decided to switch companies and requested all my vehicles except one get removed. It's been over 2 weeks and instead of removing all my vehicles they just replaced the Wrangler 392 with the Mini Cooper that I never purchased and don't even own. It's an office full of people that will tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign up but will not back up what they claim. I would stay far away from this office. As soon as I can find another company to cover my modified vehicle I will remove it if they can ever get my account straight. I would give them a negative rating if I could. My new company has the same coverage and only charges $300 for both other vehicles and my deductibles are lower."

"I could go on and on about this office, but I only have so much space to write. Honest, extremely helpful, very caring, and the list goes on and on. My agent Josh has gone above and beyond to help me. He even helped me before I was his client, because of the issues I was having getting the wrongful death settlement for my deceased son (Another insurance co.). On top of it, Brie called to check on me and let me know that they were there for me, after I had gotten my insurance policies with them. She was so kind and helpful as well. They are the best!"

"I have continuously asked/left messages for Dean to give me a call dealing with my life insurance policies. He still has not contacted me. "Josh Fenn has done an amazing job working with us while my car is being repaired after it was hit from behind. First there was some confusion at the car rental company about my costs for a rental. I tried to resolve it through the rental agency but got “stuck” in low-level customer service. In a discussion about my claim, I mentioned my lack of progress with the rental agency. Josh jumped right in, contacting State Farm corporate, who in turn contacted the regional corporate office for the rental company to resolve the issue. Then, when the body shop failed to return calls or send status updates about my vehicle, Josh jumped in and has called daily when necessary to get the information needed. During a stressful event that could have continued to get more stressful, Josh Fenn has offers more than platitudes. He actually jumps into action, listening, getting answers, and communicating with us —-voice, email, or text as the situation warrants."
